DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. SOCINSA informs the users of SOCINSA internet portal that the company observes the applicable legislation regarding personal information data protection, user privacy and personal data secrecy and security, therefore implementing all the technical and organisation measures required to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of data.

2. In addition, SOCINSA informs the users of SOCINSA internet portal that their personal information data can only be obtained for processing whenever they are appropriate, relevant and non excessive in relation to the scope and aims specified, explicitly and legitimate for the purpose for which they were obtained. Such personal information data will be cancelled when they are no longer needed or relevant for such purpose or when the holder requires their cancellation exercising the right to cancellation thereof.

V. WARRANTY & LIABILITY WAIVER

1. The lack of availability, maintenance and effective operation of the Web and/or services or contents therein.

2. The lack of usefulness, suitability or validity of the Web and/or its services or contents to fulfil the needs, activities or concrete results or expectations of the users.

3. The presence of viruses, malicious or harmful programs in the contents.

4. The content reception, obtainment, storage, diffusion or transmission by the users.

5. The illicit, negligent, fraudulent usage or contrary to the General Conditions contained herein, to good faith, to commonly accepted usage or to public order, of the Web, its services or contents by the users.

6. The lack of legality, quality, reliability, usefulness and availability of the services rendered by third parties and facilitated to the users in the Web.

7. The breach of any obligations and commitments by third parties in relation to the services rendered to the users through the Web.

8. Any opinion expressed by users in any forum, chat and opinion messages enabled on the different areas of SOCINSA portal.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

In order to preserve any potential intellectual property rights, should any user or third party claim a breach of their legal rights due to the introduction of any content in the Web, this circumstance must be reported to SOCINSA, including the following information:

- Personal details of the claimant holding the allegedly breached rights. Should the claim be submitted by a third party other than the claimant, this third party must demonstrate representation accreditation.In order to preserve any potential intellectual property rights, should any user or third party claim a breach of their legal rights due to the introduction of any content in the Web, this circumstance must be reported to SOCINSA, including the following information:

- Specify the contents protected by intellectual copyrights allegedly breached and their location on the website.

- Accreditation of the above mentioned intellectual copyright.

- Express statement where the claimant takes responsibility for the truthfulness of the information provided in the notice.

- SOCINSA brands and any corresponding logos are all registered trademarks and any reproduction or use thereof is forbidden without the authorisation of the holder.

- The lawfulness of any intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the contents provided by third parties remains the exclusive responsibility of such third parties.
